Shipping policy

Every single item is handmade to order and therefore our processing time is 5-10 business days. Processing time does not include shipping time. If you are in need of a rush order, please reach out to us either via email or by completing our contact form. Please be sure to include the item(s) you wish to order, the need by date and shipping address. All orders are shipped via USPS. Express shipping is available if you wish to upgrade for quicker mail turnaround time.

Domestic (US) Orders

All US orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail which includes $100 insurance, as well as tracking, for $10.00. This shipping method is estimated to arrive in 2-5 business days. Express shipping can be purchased for $32.00 and in most markets will arrive in 1-2 business days and includes $100 insurance.

Canada Orders

All Canada orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail for $26.00 with estimated travel time varying by location. Priority Mail can be purchased for $33.00 with estimated travel time being 6-10 business days. Express shipping can be purchased for $63.00 and in most markets will arrive in 3-5 business days. All methods include tracking information. Please be aware that customs fees are assessed directly by your country and are not included in your purchase.

International Orders

All international orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail for $32.00 with estimated travel time varying by location. Priority Mail can be purchased for $52.00 with estimated travel time being 6-10 business days. Express shipping can be purchased for $87.00 and in most markets will arrive in 3-5 business days.
