Shipping & Returns

Every single item is hand made to order and therefore our processing time is 5-10 business days. Processing time does not include shipping time. If you are in need of a rush order, please reach out to us either via text, email or by completing our contact form. Please be sure to include the item(s) you wish to order, the need by date and shipping address prior to checking out. We will advise you within 1 business day if we are able to accommodate your request, in most cases we can.  All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. express shipping is available if you wish to upgrade for quicker mail turnaround time.  We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen.

Domestic (US) Orders

All US orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail which includes $50 insurance, as well as tracking, for $9.00. This shipping method is estimated to arrive in 2-3 business days. Express shipping can be purchased for $27.00 and in most markets will arrive in 1-2 business day and includes $100 insurance.  We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

All international orders will be shipped via USPS priority mail for $36.00 with estimated travel time being 6-10 business days.  this includes up to $200 in insurance as well as tracking information. Express shipping can be purchased for $67.00 and in most markets will arrive in 3-5 business days and includes up to $200 insurance as well as tracking information. Please be aware that customs fees are assessed directly by your country and are not included in your purchase.
