We will gladly exchange unused and unworn pieces within 7 days of receipt of the item. Prior to mailing back any items, please contact us to discuss the situation and we will provide information needed to process the exchange. Exchanges are excepted on a case by case basis. Once an item is returned to us, we will assess the condition of the item and contact you within 3 days with our decisions. All shipping costs to exchange an item are the client’s responsibility. We will not accept an exchange if there is damage incurred by the customer. A restocking fee and additional shipping costs will be assessed. If you need a bracelet, hand chain, anklet, body chain or foot chain resized, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help you. We strongly encourage you to contact us if there are any sizing questions before placing your order to prevent any resizing in the future, we are happy to assist you. We also have size charts and diagrams to help you when submitting your measurements which can be found in our listings and our sizing page. All personalized, custom orders and sale pieces are final sale. Should Purely Ethereal make a mistake on a custom order, it will be replaced at no cost, including shipping and handling expenses. Should a customer make a mistake in the ordering process, all costs and replacements are the responsibility of the customer, including shipping and handling costs. We promise to work our best at making it right for all parties involved.
